This reverts commit 63e3ad3252,
since this not works as expected and produce runtime error:

This helps increasing build testing coverage.
To do this, read{write}_relaxed() functions was be replaced with
simple read{write}() variants. Potential "uninitialized variable"
warnings was be fixed if driver compiled without MFD_SYSCON.

This is a complex patch for refactoring CLPS711X serial driver.
Major changes:
- Eliminate <mach/hardware.h> usage.
- Devicetree support.

The nice thing about devm_* is that the driver doesn't need to free the
resources but the driver core takes care about that.
These calls were introduced in commit c08f015 (serial: clps711x: Using
CPU clock subsystem for getting base UART speed).

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure, since commit 0998d06310
(device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no driver is bound).
Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the device driver data to NULL.

Now, we start converting tty buffer functions to actually use
tty_port. This will allow us to get rid of the need of tty in many
call sites. Only tty_port will needed and hence no more
tty_port_tty_get in those paths.
Now, the one where most of tty_port_tty_get gets removed:
tty_flip_buffer_push.
IOW we also closed all the races in drivers not using tty_port_tty_get
at all yet.
Also we move tty_flip_buffer_push declaration from include/linux/tty.h
to include/linux/tty_flip.h to all others while we are changing it
anyway.

This patch converts all static variables of clps711x serial driver
to dynamic allocating. In this case we are should remove console_initcall()
and declare console during driver registration. Early kernel messages can
be retrieved by add "earlyprintk" option to the kernel command line.

The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to
drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall.
This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by
Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago.
