9a17bad1c7 mwifiex: fix issue in resumed scan operation
When delayed scan operation is resumed, we just add next scan
command in queue but don't wakeup main thread to process the
command. Hence the command is downloaded to firmware only after
waking up the main thread by any other means.

This bug which was introduced after "mwifiex: improve scan delay
logic.." patch is fixed here.

16051b0e24 mwifiex: update adapter->bss_prio_tbl[j].bss_prio_cur correctly
"adapter->bss_prio_tbl[j].bss_prio_head" points to linked list of
interfaces with priority 'j'. "bss_prio_tbl[j].bss_prio_cur" is
supposed to point to next interface every time the routine for
dequeuing the packet is called. This ensures that each interface
gets fair chance.

Currently we have AP and station interfaces with priority '0'.
Therefore "adapter->bss_prio_tbl[0].bss_prio_cur" should
alternately point to AP and station nodes. Since "bss_prio_cur"
is not correctly updated, for each packet picked for AP, two
packets are picked for station interface.

This patch fixes the problem by correctly updating "bss_prio_cur".

a458c0ae6c mwifiex: have same priority for AP and station traffic
Currently AP interface has higher priority over station. Hence
separate entries are created in "adapter->bss_prio_tbl" for these
interfaces and station packet is dequeued only if there is not
packet in queue for AP. It is observed that ping for station
interface doesn't work if heavy traffic is running on AP.

The problem is fixed by having same priority for both the
interfaces. This patch also removes an extra initialisation
for "priv->bss_priority".

908fe11314 mwifiex: store mwifiex_ds_misc_subsc_evt in mwifiex_private
Since mwifiex_ds_misc_subsc_evt is used in an asynchronous case,

da25186fc6 mwifiex: fix skb length issue when send a command to firmware
When we send a command to firmware, we assumed that cmd_size
will be always less than or equal to the structure size of
host_cmd_ds_command. However, this is no longer true after
we added AP support. There are some AP commands that Custom
IE TLVs are included in command buffer, hence the cmd_size
gets enlarged by the TLV data. We need to increase the skb
length for the extra data.

05910f4a22 mwifiex: add support to use basic rates in ibss join request
In mwifiex_set_rf_channel() ibss specific flags were unnecessarily
getting modified for infra and AP mode. This patch removes
mwifiex_set_rf_channel() function and adds equivalant code in infra,
ibss and AP path.

For ibss, now we are chosing band based on channel type and basic
rates provided in ibss join request. We can start ibss network in
A only, B only, G only, BG, BGN, AN mode.

006606c0bb mwifiex: remove unnecessary code in data rate configuration
1) Remove unnecessary wrapper functions.
2) Currently we don't have command to set Tx data rate, so
mwifiex_rate_ioctl_set_rate_value() function and related code
can be removed.
3) "ds_rate" filled by mwifiex_ret_tx_rate_cfg() is never used.

1f45b39ece mwifiex: remove redundant code in set channel path
1) Recently we removed set_channel cfg80211 handler. Also, cfg80211
blocks ibss connection requests if ibss network is already started
/joined. Hence the code to restart ibss network in new channel
(mwifiex_drv_change_adhoc_chan() function) becomes redundant.

2) mwifiex_bss_set_channel() function is redundant. It does some
error checking and calculate adhoc start band and adhoc channel.
Cfg80211 already takes care of error checking and provides correct
channel information to the driver. Adhoc start band is already
calculated in mwifiex_set_rf_channel() function.

Other associated code is also removed in this patch.

fe020120cb mwifiex: correction in mcs index check
mwifiex driver supports 2x2 chips as well. Hence valid mcs values
are 0 to 15. The check for mcs index is corrected in this patch.

For example: if 40MHz is enabled and mcs index is 11, "iw link"
command would show "tx bitrate: 108.0 MBit/s" without this patch.
Now it shows "tx bitrate: 108.0 MBit/s MCS 11 40Mhz" with the patch.
