This patch converts the cx231xx driver to the vb2 framework.
Since you can't do a partial conversion this is a big-bang patch,
i.e. large and hard to review. I never found a way around this.

With CONFIG_RC_CORE=m and VIDEO_CX231XX=y, we get a link failure:
drivers/media/usb/cx231xx/cx231xx-input.o: In function `cx231xx_ir_init':
cx231xx-input.c:(.text+0xd4): undefined reference to `rc_allocate_device'
This narrows down the dependency so that only valid configurations
are allowed.

Hauppauge HVR-955Q is a ATSC/QAM USB tuner with LGDT3306A demodulator and SiLabs Si2157-A30 tuner.
Only digital TV has been tested (both ATSC and QAM256).

I2C bus 1 has internally a switch. Use it as I2C_1_MUX_1 and
I2C_1_MUX_3, letting the I2C core handling the switch.

The two drivers LGDT3305 and TDA18271C2DD were not autoselected, so the
cx231xx_dvb module could not be loaded when MEDIA_SUBDRV_AUTOSELECT=y.

Instead of having 3 options to allow customizing the media
sub-drivers (tuners, I2C drivers, frontends), merge all of
them into just one.
That simplifies the life for users, as they can just keep
this untouched.
Life for developers is also simpler, as there's now just
one Kconfig item to remember, for the ancillary sub-drivers
providing supports for chips that could change from one
board design to another.
