df019a5c0f clk: samsung: exynos4: set parent of sclk_hdmiphy to hdmi
sclk_hdmiphy clock is generated by HDMI-PHY and depends on hdmi gate clock.
The patch models this dependency using parent/child hirerarchy.

The patch fixes issue with system hangs during mixer device access, mixer uses
sclk_hdmiphy descendant clock.

594416a720 block: fix regression where bio_integrity_process uses wrong bio_vec iterator
bio integrity handling is broken on a system with LVM layered atop a
DIF/DIX SCSI drive because device mapper clones the bio, modifies the
clone, and sends the clone to the lower layers for processing.
However, the clone bio has bi_vcnt == 0, which means that when the sd
driver calls bio_integrity_process to attach DIX data, the
for_each_segment_all() call (which uses bi_vcnt) returns immediately
and random garbage is sent to the disk on a disk write.  The disk of
course returns an error.

Therefore, teach bio_integrity_process() to use bio_for_each_segment()
to iterate the bio_vecs, since the per-bio iterator tracks which
bio_vecs are associated with that particular bio.  The integrity
handling code is effectively part of the "driver" (it's not the bio
owner), so it must use the correct iterator function.

v2: Fix a compiler warning about abandoned local variables.  This
patch supersedes "block: bio_integrity_process uses wrong bio_vec
iterator".  Patch applies against 3.18-rc6.

f26b7b8052 crypto: algif_skcipher - initialize upon init request
When using the algif_skcipher, the following call sequence causess a
re-initialization:

1. sendmsg with ALG_SET_OP and iov == NULL, iovlen == 0 (i.e
initializing the cipher, but not sending data)

2. sendmsg with msg->msg-controllen == 0 and iov != NULL (using the initalized
cipher handle by sending data)

In step 2, the cipher operation type (encryption or decryption) is reset
to always decryption, because the local variable of enc is put into
ctx->enc as ctx->user is still zero.

The same applies when all send data is processed and ctx->used falls to
zero followed by user space to send new data.

This patch changes the behavior to only reset the cipher operation type
(and the IV) if such configuration request is received.

The new ucode package format holds also the usniffer images
(in addition to the operational images and the TLVs).
The driver can load the usniffer image if debug
configuration tells it to.

99684ae356 iwlwifi: pcie: support more monitor types dumping
Until this patch, dumping the monitor data could be done only
for PCIe external (DRAM) mode in 7000 HW family. This patch
allows to pull the monitor data also on other families, and
also to pull the monitor data if an internal buffer is used.

0e9a5edf5d gpio: fix deferred probe detection for legacy API
Commit 14e85c0e69 ("gpio: remove gpio_descs global array") changed
gpio_to_desc()'s behavior to return NULL not only for GPIOs numbers
not in the valid range, but also for all GPIOs whose controller has not
been probed yet. Although this behavior is more correct (nothing hints
that these GPIO numbers will be populated later), this affects
gpio_request() and gpio_request_one() which call gpiod_request() with a
NULL descriptor, causing it to return -EINVAL instead of the expected
-EPROBE_DEFER for a non-probed GPIO.

gpiod_request() is only called with a descriptor obtained from
gpio_to_desc() from these two functions, so address the issue there.

Other ways to obtain GPIOs rely on well-defined mappings and can thus
return -EPROBE_DEFER only for relevant GPIOs, and are thus not affected
by this issue.

064ca1d250 drm/i915: Don't pin LRC in GGTT when dumping in debugfs
LRC object does not need to be mapped into the GGTT when dumping. A side-effect
of this patch is that a compiler warning goes away (not checking return value
of i915_gem_obj_ggtt_pin).

v2: Broke out individual context dumping into a new function as the indentation
was getting a bit crazy.  Added notification of contexts with no gem object for
debugging purposes.  Removed unnecessary pin_pages and unpin_pages, replaced
with explicit get_pages for the context object as there may be no backing store
allocated at this time (Comment for get_pages says "Ensure that the associated
pages are gathered from the backing storage and pinned into our object").
Improved error checking - get_pages and get_page are checked for failure.

f7cf2a22a2 sb_edac: Fix discovery of top-of-low-memory for Haswell
Haswell moved the TOLM/TOHM registers to a different device and offset.
The sb_edac driver accounted for the change of device, but not for the
new offset.  There was also a typo in the constant to fill in the low
26 bits (was 0x1ffffff, should be 0x3ffffff).

This resulted in a bogus value for the top of low memory:

ea04036032 CodingStyle: add some more error handling guidelines
I added a paragraph on choosing label names, and updated the example
code to use a better label name.  I also cleaned up the example code to
more modern style by moving the allocation out of the initializer and
changing the NULL check.

Perhaps the most common type of error handling bug in the kernel is "one
err bugs".  CodingStyle already says that we should "avoid nesting" by
using error labels and one err style error handling tends to have
multiple indent levels, so this was already bad style.  But I've added a
new paragraph explaining how to avoid one err bugs by using multiple
error labels which is, hopefully, more clear.

This patch drops driver specific wait_prepare() and
wait_finish() callbacks from vb2_ops and instead uses
the the helpers vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish() provided
by the vb2 core, the lock member of the queue needs
to be initalized to a mutex so that vb2 helpers
vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish() can make use of it.

7c57529baa [media] V4L2: Deletion of an unnecessary check before the function call "vb2_put_vma"
The vb2_put_vma() function tests whether its argument is NULL and then
returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

Add AdobeRGB and BT.2020 support.

The colorspace control now orders the colorspaces according to how often
they are used. So rarely used colorspaces are moved to the end. This makes
it more logical when testing colorspace support.

3930e906f3 [media] vivid-tpg-colors: add AdobeRGB and BT.2020 support
This extends the precalculated tpg_csc_colors matrix with AdobeRGB and BT.2020
colorspace support.

It also adds two precalculated tables that convert between linear RGB and non-linear
Rec.709 R'G'B' values, i.e. the Rec. 709 transfer function. This is needed to
efficiently handle the BT.2020 Constant Luminance Yc'CbcCrc encoding and decoding.

18f2340990 iommu: Decouple iommu_map_sg from CPU page size
If the IOMMU supports pages smaller than the CPU page size, segments
which lie at offsets within the CPU page may be mapped based on the
finer-grained IOMMU page boundaries. This minimises the amount of
non-buffer memory between the CPU page boundary and the start of the
segment which must be mapped and therefore exposed to the device, and
brings the default iommu_map_sg implementation in line with
iommu_map/unmap with respect to alignment.

cc4f14aa17 iommu/vt-d: Fix an off-by-one bug in __domain_mapping()
There's an off-by-one bug in function __domain_mapping(), which may
trigger the BUG_ON(nr_pages < lvl_pages) when
	(nr_pages + 1) & superpage_mask == 0

The issue was introduced by commit 9051aa0268 "intel-iommu: Combine
domain_pfn_mapping() and domain_sg_mapping()", which sets sg_res to
"nr_pages + 1" to avoid some of the 'sg_res==0' code paths.

It's safe to remove extra "+1" because sg_res is only used to calculate
page size now.
