dt-bindings: phy: ti,phy-j721e-wiz: Add Type-C dir GPIO
This is an optional GPIO, if specified will be used to swap lane 0 and lane 1 based on GPIO status. This is required to achieve plug flip support for USB Type-C. Type-C companions typically need some time after the cable is plugged before and before they reflect the correct status of Type-C plug orientation on the DIR line. Type-C Spec specifies CC attachment debounce time (tCCDebounce) of 100 ms (min) to 200 ms (max). Allow the DT node to specify the time (in ms) that we need to wait before sampling the DIR line. dt-bindings: phy: drop #clock-cells from rockchip,px30-dsi-dphy
Further review of the dsi components for the px30 revealed that the
phy shouldn't expose the pll as clock but instead handle settings
via phy parameters.
As the phy binding is new and not used anywhere yet, just drop them
so they don't get used.

TTY/Serial patches for 5.5-rc1
Here is the "big" tty and serial driver patches for 5.5-rc1. It's a bit
later in the merge window than normal as I wanted to make sure some
last-minute patches applied to it were all sane. They seem to be :)
There's a lot of little stuff in here, for the tty core, and for lots of
serial drivers:
- reverts of uartlite serial driver patches that were wrong
- msm-serial driver fixes
- serial core updates and fixes
- tty core fixes
- serial driver dma mapping api changes
- lots of other tiny fixes and updates for serial drivers
All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported
issues.

- More RST conversions; those are slowing down as we run out of things to
convert, but we're a ways from done still.
- Dan's "maintainer profile entry" work landed at last. Now we just need
to get maintainers to fill in the profiles...
- A reworking of the parallel build setup to work better with a variety of
systems (and to not take over huge systems entirely in particular).
- The MAINTAINERS file is now converted to RST during the build.
Hopefully nobody ever tries to print this thing, or they will need to
load a lot of paper.
