Add the device tree bindings document for the TI Wakeup M3 IPC
device on AM33xx and AM43xx SoCs. These devices are used by the
TI wkup_m3_ipc driver, and contain the registers upon which the
IPC protocol to communicate with the Wakeup M3 processor is
implemented.

"As we've enabled multiplatform kernels on ARM, and greatly done away
with the contents under arch/arm/mach-*, there's still need for
SoC-related drivers to go somewhere.
Many of them go in through other driver trees, but we still have
drivers/soc to hold some of the "doesn't fit anywhere" lowlevel code
that might be shared between ARM and ARM64 (or just in general makes
sense to not have under the architecture directory).
This branch contains mostly such code:
- Drivers for qualcomm SoCs for SMEM, SMD and SMD-RPM, used to
communicate with power management blocks on these SoCs for use by
clock, regulator and bus frequency drivers.
- Allwinner Reduced Serial Bus driver, again used to communicate with
PMICs.
- Drivers for ARM's SCPI (System Control Processor). Not to be
confused with PSCI (Power State Coordination Interface). SCPI is
used to communicate with the assistant embedded cores doing power
management, and we have yet to see how many of them will implement
this for their hardware vs abstracting in other ways (or not at all
like in the past).
- To make confusion between SCPI and PSCI more likely, this release
also includes an update of PSCI to interface version 1.0.

Delete regulator-compatible usage in mt8135-evbp1.dts.
The regualtor-compatible binding is deprecated, instead the node name
is used.
Mediatek timer driver supports as well mt8127, mt8135 and mt8173. Add
these SOCs to the bindings list.
Power domains venc and venc_lt need clocks two extra clocks to access
their registers. We update the bindings documentation about this.
Update SMP bindings documentation by adding support for mt6589 and mt81xx SOCs.
Update mt8127.dtsi and mt8135.dtsi to enable SMP support.

Currently firmware file name is included in the DTS. This is not scalable
as user has to change the DTS if they need upgrade to a new firmware.
Instead, add the firmware file name in the driver itself. As long as there
is no API change, new firmware upgrade is easy and require no driver
change. User is expected to copy the firmware image to the file system
and add a sym link to the new firmware for doing an upgrade. Driver add
a array of firmware file names to search for the available firmware blobs.
This scheme also prepare the driver for future changes to API if ever
happens. In such case it is assumed that driver needs to change to
accommodate the new firmware and new firmware file name will get added to
the array.
Also update the DT document to remove the firmware attribute and add
description about firmware in the driver documentation.

Add binding documentation for the Qualcomm Resource Power Manager (RPM)

It turns out that existing U-Boots will dereference NULL pointers
if the device tree does not have cell-index in the portal nodes.
No patch has yet been merged adding device tree nodes for this binding
(except a dtsi that has not yet been referenced), nor has any driver
yet been merged making use of the binding, so it's not too late to
change the binding in order to keep compatibility with existing
U-Boots.

The Allwinner SoCs have a handful of SRAM that can be either mapped to be
accessible by devices or the CPU.
That mapping is controlled by an SRAM controller, and that mapping might
not be set by the bootloader, for example if the device wasn't used at all,
or if we're using solutions like the U-Boot's Falcon Boot.
We could also imagine changing this at runtime for example to change the
mapping of these SRAMs to use them for suspend/resume or runtime memory
rate change, if that ever happens.
These use cases require some API in the kernel to control that mapping,
exported through a drivers/soc driver.
This driver also implement a debugfs file that shows the SRAM found in the
system, the current mapping and the SRAM that have been claimed by some
drivers in the kernel.

Pull ARM SoC driver updates from Olof Johansson:
"Driver updates for v4.1. Some of these are for drivers/soc, where we
find more and more SoC-specific drivers these days. Some are for
other driver subsystems where we have received acks from the
appropriate maintainers.
The larger parts of this branch are:
- MediaTek support for their PMIC wrapper interface, a high-level
interface for talking to the system PMIC over a dedicated I2C
interface.
- Qualcomm SCM driver has been moved to drivers/firmware. It's used
for CPU up/down and needs to be in a shared location for arm/arm64
common code.
- cleanup of ARM-CCI PMU code.

This adds documentation for the PMIC wrapper unit found on Mediatek
SoCs. Currently support are the MT8135 and MT8173 SoCs, but the PMIC
wrapper can also be found on MT6xxx and possibly other SoCs.

This patch adds automatic configuration for the ADM CRCI muxing required to
support DMA operations for GSBI clients. The GSBI mode and instance determine
the correct TCSR ADM CRCI MUX value that must be programmed so that the DMA
works properly.

The Queue Manager is part of the Data-Path Acceleration Architecture
(DPAA). QMan supports queuing and QoS scheduling of frames to CPUs,
network interfaces and DPAA logic modules, maintains packet ordering
within flows. Besides providing flow-level queuing, is also
responsible for congestion management functions such as RED/WRED,
congestion notifications and tail discards. This binding covers the
CCSR space programming model

The Buffer Manager is part of the Data-Path Acceleration Architecture
(DPAA). BMan supports hardware allocation and deallocation of buffers
belonging to pools originally created by software with configurable
depletion thresholds. This binding covers the CCSR space programming
model

The Keystone Navigator DMA driver sets up the dma channels and flows for
the QMSS(Queue Manager SubSystem) who triggers the actual data movements
across clients using destination queues. Every client modules like
NETCP(Network Coprocessor), SRIO(Serial Rapid IO) and CRYPTO
Engines has its own instance of packet dma hardware. QMSS has also
an internal packet DMA module which is used as an infrastructure
DMA with zero copy.
Initially this driver was proposed as DMA engine driver but since the
hardware is not typical DMA engine and hence doesn't comply with typical
DMA engine driver needs, that approach was naked. Link to that

As aligned, now we pair the Navigator DMA with its companion Navigator
QMSS subsystem driver.

The QMSS (Queue Manager Sub System) found on Keystone SOCs is one of
the main hardware sub system which forms the backbone of the Keystone
Multi-core Navigator. QMSS consist of queue managers, packed-data structure
processors(PDSP), linking RAM, descriptor pools and infrastructure
Packet DMA.
The Queue Manager is a hardware module that is responsible for accelerating
management of the packet queues. Packets are queued/de-queued by writing or
reading descriptor address to a particular memory mapped location. The PDSPs
perform QMSS related functions like accumulation, QoS, or event management.
Linking RAM registers are used to link the descriptors which are stored in
descriptor RAM. Descriptor RAM is configurable as internal or external memory.
