93d3921042 powerpc/boot: Define a routine to enter prom
This patch defines a 'prom' routine similar to 'enter_prom' in the
kernel.

The difference is in the MSR which is built before entering prom. Big
endian order is enforced as in the kernel but 32bit mode is not. It
prepares ground for the next patches which will introduce Little endian
order.

b636031a7b powerpc/boot: Fix compile warning in 64bit
arch/powerpc/boot/oflib.c:211:9: warning: cast to pointer from integer of \
		  different size [-Wint-to-pointer-cast]
  return (phandle) of_call_prom("finddevice", 1, 1, name);

This is a work around. The definite solution would be to define the
phandle typedef as a u32, as in the kernel, but this would break the
device tree ops API.

Let it be for the moment.

fed23ed7eb powerpc/boot: Use a common prom_args struct in oflib
This patch fixes warnings when the wrapper is compiled in 64bit and
updates the boot wrapper code related to prom to converge with the
kernel code in prom_init. This should make the review of changes easier.

The kernel has a different number of possible arguments (10) when
entering prom. There does not seem to be any good reason to have
12 in the wrapper, so the patch changes this value to args[10] in
the prom_args struct.

9b09c6d909 powerpc: Change the default link address for pSeries zImage kernels
Currently we set the start of the .text section to be 4Mb for pSeries.
In situations where the zImage is > 8Mb we'll fail to boot (due to
overlapping with OF). Move .text in a zImage from 4MB to 64MB
(well past OF).

We still will not be able to load large zImage unless we also move OF,
to that end, add a note to the zImage ELF to move OF to 32Mb. If this
is the very first kernel booted then we'll need to move OF manually by
setting real-base.

0846471252 [POWERPC] Make more OF-related bootwrapper functions available to non-OF platforms
Commit 2e60161337 split up
arch/powerpc/boot/of.c so that some OF functions can be used on
platforms that don't want to use the overall OF platform boot code.
This is useful on things like PReP which can have an OF implementation
which is useful for debugging output, but inadequate for booting.

However, that commit didn't export quite enough things to make a
usable OF console on a non-OF system. In particular, the device tree
manipulation performed to initialize the OF console code must
explicitly use the OF device tree, rather than the flattened device
tree, even if the system is otherwise booting using a flattened device
tree. This makes it so.

2e60161337 [POWERPC] Split low-level OF-related bootloader code into separate files
Currently, all OF-related code in the bootloader is contained in of.c.
of.c also provides the platform specific things necessary to boot on
an OF platform.

However, there are platforms (such as PReP) which can include an OF
implementation, but are not bootable as pure OF systems. For use by
such platforms, this patch splits out the low-level parts of the OF
code (call_prom() and various wrappers thereof) into a new oflib.c
file. In addition, the code related to bootwrapper console output via
OF are moved to a new ofconsole.c file. Both these files are included
in the wrapper.a library where they can be used by both full-OF and
partial OF platforms.
