This patch removes spi settings while mrf24j40 probing. These settings
cannot be overwrite while device probing where spi controller should be
already configured. These settings need to be setup by device tree or
platform data.

The function ieee802154_register_hw should always called at last.
Currently we do hardware init and such things after register hardware
into the subsystem. It could be that the subsystem already call driver
operations while running hardware init.

This patch removes the own private dataroom allocation by calling
devm_kzalloc for devrec and assign this pointer to "devrec->hw->priv".
Instead we using like all other drivers ieee802154_alloc_hw and give the
size for the private driver dataroom at the first argument.

In ancient times it was necessary to manually initialize the bus
field of an spi_driver to spi_bus_type. These days this is done in
spi_register_driver(), so we can drop the manual assignment.

If we run into an error during rx we set the the error code in ret, but override
it afterwards. Using a different variable for the extra case avoids this
situation.

This patch removes the hardware auto acknowdledge flag which indicates
that the transceiver supports this handling. This flag is never
evaluated inside mac802154 and all transceivers should support this
handling by default per hardware.

This patch introduce the wpan_phy_supported struct for wpan_phy. There
is currently no way to check if a transceiver can handle IEEE 802.15.4
complaint values. With this struct we can check before if the
transceiver supports these values before sending to driver layer.

Overdue introduction for address filtering hardware flag. Furthermore we
will check and set address filtering on interface up. This patch
prepares that we can check if an transceiver supports address filtering
option. Currently all mainline driver supports hardware address filtering.

This patch change the allocation of skb inside the ieee802154 driver
layer to dev_alloc_skb. This changes also the gfp mask to GFP_ATOMIC
which is needed for upcomming change that the receiving is done by a
tasklet and not a workqueue anymore.

This patch renames the existsing xmit callback to xmit_sync and
introduces an asynchronous xmit_async function. If ieee802154_ops
doesn't provide the xmit_async callback, then we have a fallback to
the xmit_sync callback.

The wpan-phy header contains the wpan_phy struct information. Later this
header will be have similar function like cfg80211 header. The cfg80211
header contains the wiphy struct which is identically the wpan_phy
struct inside 802.15.4 subsystem.

separate the mrf24j40 hardware initialisation from probe()
and adds the sanity checkings.
These checkings are required if somebody hasn't a right spi configuration
the probe function should fail. So we have to return from there.

Enable sparse warnings about endianness, replace the remaining fields
regarding network operations without explicit endianness annotations
with such that are annotated, and propagate this through the entire
stack.
Uses of ieee802154_addr_sa are not changed yet, this patch is only
concerned with all other fields (such as address filters, operation
parameters and the likes).

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure. Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the
device driver data to NULL.

The mrf24j40 generates level interrupts. There are rare cases where it
appears that the interrupt line never gets de-asserted between interrupts,
causing interrupts to be lost, and causing a hung device from the driver's
perspective. Switching the driver to interpret these interrupts as
level-triggered fixes this issue.

On the MRF24J40, link-layer acknowledgment request and retry must be
turned on explicitly for each packet. Turn this on in the hardware based
on the FC_ACK_REQ bit being set in the packet.
Also, now that failure to receive an ACK will cause the hardware to report
failure of transmission, change the log level for this failure to debug
level.

The network merge brought in a few users of functions that got
deprecated by the workqueue cleanups: the 'system_nrt_wq' is now the
same as the regular system_wq, since all workqueues are now non-
reentrant.
Similarly, remove one use of flush_work_sync() - the regular
flush_work() has become synchronous, and the "_sync()" version is thus
deprecated as being superfluous.
