One some systems the P-Unit accesses the PMIC to change various voltages
through the same bus as other kernel drivers use for e.g. battery
monitoring.
If a driver sends requests to the P-Unit which require the P-Unit to access
the PMIC bus while another driver is also accessing the PMIC bus various
bad things happen.
This commit adds a mutex to protect the P-Unit against simultaneous
accesses and 2 functions to lock / unlock this mutex.
Note on these systems the i2c-bus driver will request a sempahore from the
P-Unit for exclusive access to the PMIC bus when i2c drivers are accessing
it, but this does not appear to be sufficient, we still need to avoid
making certain P-Unit requests during the access window to avoid problems.

Commit 4dee62b1b9 ("netfilter: nf_ct_expect: nf_ct_expect_insert()
returns void") inadvertently changed the successful return value of
nf_ct_expect_related_report() from 0 to 1 due to
__nf_ct_expect_check() returning 1 on success. Prevent this
regression in the future by changing the return value of
__nf_ct_expect_check() to 0 on success.

The original github source allowed for the cache-line-size property
to be missing. Since recent firmwares also require this property,
it makes sense to always require it in the driver as well.
If the cache-line-size property is missing, then the driver probe
should fail as no dev since the kernel and dt may be out of sync.
The fix is to add a check for the return value of of_property_read_u32.

So when asus-wmi uses ASUS_WMI_DEVID_WLAN_LED (0x00010002) to store the
wlan state, it drives the airplane-mode indicator LED (through the call
to OWGD) in an inverted fashion: the LED is ON when airplane mode is OFF
(since wlan is ON), and vice-versa.
This commit skips registering RFKill switches at all for these laptops,
to allow the asus-wireless driver to drive the airplane mode LED
correctly through the ASHS ACPI device. Relying on the presence of ASHS
and ASUS_WMI_DSTS_USER_BIT avoids adding DMI-based quirks for at least
21 different laptops.

Add the "--show" and "--hide" cmdline parameters.
By default, turbostat shows all columns.
turbostat --hide counter_list
will continue showing all columns, except for those listed.
turbostat --show counter_list
will show _only_ the listed columns
These features work for built-in counters, and have no effect
on columns added with the --add parameter.

When --add was used more than once, overflowed buffers
caused some counters to be stored on top of others,
corrupting the results. Simplify the code by simply
reserving space for up to 16 added counters per each
cpu, core, package.
Per-cpu added counters were being printed only per-core.

Bart Van Assche noted that the ib DMA mapping code was significantly
similar enough to the core DMA mapping code that with a few changes
it was possible to remove the IB DMA mapping code entirely and
switch the RDMA stack to use the core DMA mapping code. This resulted
in a nice set of cleanups, but touched the entire tree. This branch
will be submitted separately to Linus at the end of the merge window
as per normal practice for tree wide changes like this.

The functions flush_user_dcache_range() and flush_user_icache_range()
are only used by the parisc signal handling code. This code only needs
to flush a couple of lines, so the threshold check is unnecessary
overhead.

When advancing onto the next 4th level page table entry, we need to
reset our indices to 0. Currently we restart from the original address
which means we start with an offset into the next PML table.
