9ebeac55b9 sc92031: Call dev_consume_skb_any instead of dev_kfree_skb.
Replace dev_kfree_skb with dev_consume_skb_any in sc92031_start_xmit
that can be called in hard irq and other contexts.

Using dev_consume_skb_any preserves the current semantics (as
dev_kfree_skb is just consume_skb) and since packet drops
are rare is usually accurate.

61c951503b net/ethernet/silan/sc92031: Use module_pci_driver to register driver
Removing some boilerplate by using module_pci_driver instead of calling
register and unregister in the otherwise empty init/exit functions.

aaeb6cdfa5 remove init of dev->perm_addr in drivers
perm_addr is initialized correctly in register_netdevice() so to init it in
drivers is no longer needed.

1dd06ae8db drivers/net: fix up function prototypes after __dev* removals
The __dev* removal patches for the network drivers ended up messing up
the function prototypes for a bunch of drivers. This patch fixes all of
them back up to be properly aligned.

Bonus is that this almost removes 100 lines of code, always a nice
surprise.

58af79f062 sc92031: remove __dev* attributes
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As result the __dev*
markings will be going away.

Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst,
and __devexit.

1b6b7172d0 net/ethernet: sc92031 is not Realtek
While the SC92031 could be found on fake "Realtek" NICs, it has no
relationship to Realtek, and is actually from Silan.

Create a new subdirectory for silan and move sc92031 there.
