abbec2d401 [media] DocBook/media/v4l: update VIDIOC_DBG_ documentation 
- Remove the "On failure the structure remains unchanged." part since
  that isn't necessarily true.
- Document the 'size' field.

96b03d2a30 [media] v4l2: rename VIDIOC_DBG_G_CHIP_NAME to _CHIP_INFO 
This ioctl will be extended to return more information than just the name.
