The goal of this patch is to correct a previous patch. In case of error,
the err() function should be used instead of dprintk() function.

It is useless. There is only one physical I2C-adapter.
2nd adapter was added originally due to some plans for allowing only one
demod to access bus at time. But I never implemented proper locking...

That's this tuner:
The credit card sized remote more or less works if I set remote=4,
so I added the hash to get it autodetected. (`more or less' there
meaning sometimes buttons are `stuck on repeat', i.e. ir-keytable -t
keeps repeating the same scancode until i press another button.)

flush_scheduled_work() is deprecated and scheduled to be removed.
technisat-usb2 already sync-cancels the only work item it uses and
there's no reason for it to call flush_scheduled_work(). Don't use
it.

Based on a reference trace under Windows, reverse engineer the PLL config.
Note that the xtal is not yet setup, and the timf cannot be determined yet
because my reference trace doesn't actually achieve a signal lock.

Provide a frontend setup routine for the PCTV 340e which takes into account
the specific GPIO setup of the board.
Note that this patch does *not* take into account the xc4000 reset pin, which

stv0288 Register 42 bits 6 & 7 should be set to 0.
This is causing intermittent lock, the dvb-usb-lmedm04 driver uses
register 50 (auto fine mode) to correct for this, this register is
now returned to its default setting.

After that Anysee I2C adapter is capable of one and two byte long
I2C addresses in case of read from I2C bus.

Looks like it is IF route switch on IOE[0]. Set it correctly
to route signal from tuner to demod. Now it works for DVB-C too.

Print firmware version as two digit long (change from 3 to 2).
Windows app have changed that too. First byte was hard coded as 0.
Change email list address to report non-working device to current one.

Fix issue where firmware does not release on cold reset.
Also, default firmware never cold resets in multi tuner
environment.

On a few places, KEY_MHP were used for snapshots. However, KEY_CAMERA
is used for it on all the other keyboards that have a snapshot/Picture
button.

Old versions of these boxes have the BS2F7HZ0194 tuner module on
both the LME2510 and LME2510C.
Firmware dvb-usb-lme2510-s0194.fw and/or dvb-usb-lme2510c-s0194.fw
files are required.

Split FW download packages smarter way and bug free. Implementation is
based of Andrea Merello's example he provided for tda18218 driver.
Count remaining FW bytes down in loop instead of division and modulo
combination used earlier.
