0522e130b0 docs: perf: Add imx-ddr to documentation index 
Sphinx is currently outputting a warning where
the file 'imx-ddr.rst' is not included in the
documentation index. Additionally, the code
highlighting and doc formatting can be slightly
improved.

59809fe882 docs: perf: move to the admin-guide 
The perf infrastructure is used for userspace to track issues.
At least a good part of what's described here is related to
it.

So, add it to the admin-guide.
