For S5P platforms, the end address in memory resource information for UART
devices is one byte more than the intended value. Fix this by reducing the
end address by one byte.

This patch adds UART serial port support for S5P6450 SoC.
The S5P6450 has 6 UARTs, so adds resource of UART4 and UART5.
And to fix membase which is in serial/samsung.c is from Ben Dooks.

Move s3c24xx_uart_devs, s3c24xx_uart_src and the platform devices to a
common entry in plat-samsung since they are the same in all the current
implementations.

This patch adds UART serial port support for S5P6440 CPU. Most of the
serial support of Samsung's 6400 CPU is reused for 6440 CPU.
