ee9f8fce99 x86/unwind: Add the ORC unwinder
Add the new ORC unwinder which is enabled by CONFIG_ORC_UNWINDER=y.
It plugs into the existing x86 unwinder framework.

It relies on objtool to generate the needed .orc_unwind and
.orc_unwind_ip sections.

For more details on why ORC is used instead of DWARF, see
Documentation/x86/orc-unwinder.txt - but the short version is
that it's a simplified, fundamentally more robust debugninfo
data structure, which also allows up to two orders of magnitude
faster lookups than the DWARF unwinder - which matters to
profiling workloads like perf.

Thanks to Andy Lutomirski for the performance improvement ideas:
splitting the ORC unwind table into two parallel arrays and creating a
fast lookup table to search a subset of the unwind table.

ce9c99af8d x86, cpu: Move AMD Elan Kconfig under "Processor family"
Currently the option resides under X86_EXTENDED_PLATFORM due to historical
nonstandard A20M# handling. However that is no longer the case and so Elan can
be treated as part of the standard processor choice Kconfig option.

dcfa726280 x86: Remove CONFIG_4KSTACKS
These days 4 kilobytes of stack just aren't enough for reliably operation,
and people using lots of threads have long switched to 64-bit kernels, so
remove the CONFIG_4KSTACKS option.

366d19e181 x86: add specific support for Intel Atom architecture
Add another option when selecting CPU family so the kernel can be
optimized for Intel Atom CPUs. If GCC supports tuning options for
Intel Atom they will be used.

73a2d096fd x86: remove all now-duplicate header files
All files that have been made identical to the asm-generic
version in the previous patches can now be removed,
guaranteeing that this does not introduce semantic changes.

06f5013aa8 x86: convert almost generic headers to asm-generic version
In x86, mman.h, module.h, scatterlist.h, types.h and ucontext.h
can use the asm-generic version by just defining the x86
specific parts locally and falling back on the generic code
for the common bits.

This patch illustrates the differences between the x86 and
asm-generic versions by changing a file that is initially
identical to the x86 version to one that is identical
to the asm-generic version.

1965aae3c9 x86: Fix ASM_X86__ header guards
Change header guards named "ASM_X86__*" to "_ASM_X86_*" since:

a. the double underscore is ugly and pointless.
b. no leading underscore violates namespace constraints.
