e7c528615e rtlwifi: Uses addr1 instead DA to determine broadcast and multicast addr.
We should check addr1 to indicate a packet as broadcast or multicast
in tx desc. An obvious example, a STA transmit an *unicast* ARP packet
where addr1 and DA are the addresses of AP and broadcast respectively.

24a72b77f3 wireless-drivers-next patches for 4.13
New features and bug fixes to quite a few different drivers, but
 nothing really special standing out.

What makes me happy that we have now more vendors actively
contributing to upstream drivers. In this pull request we have patches
from Broadcom, Intel, Qualcomm, Realtek and Redpine Signals, and I
still have patches from Marvell and Quantenna pending in patchwork. Now

b080db5853 networking: convert many more places to skb_put_zero()

c34df318ec rtlwifi: Convert COMP_XX entries into a proper debugging mask
The debugging macros contain a parameter COMP_XX that could be used as a
mask; however, the code turns all these various bits on at the same time.
This change implements them as a proper mask, and adds module parameters
to set the mask at load time.

The current name "debug" for the debug level has been changed to
"debug_level" to better differentiate it from "debug_mask".

The debug routines have also been changed to interrogate the structure
that is loaded at entry time. As a result, the structure rtl_debug is no
longer needed, and all references to it are deleted.

ba9f93f82a rtlwifi: Fix enter/exit power_save
In commit a5ffbe0a19 ("rtlwifi: Fix scheduling while atomic bug") and
commit a269913c52 ("rtlwifi: Rework rtl_lps_leave() and rtl_lps_enter()
to use work queue"), an error was introduced in the power-save routines
due to the fact that leaving PS was delayed by the use of a work queue.

This problem is fixed by detecting if the enter or leave routines are
in interrupt mode. If so, the workqueue is used to place the request.
If in normal mode, the enter or leave routines are called directly.

57fbcce37b cfg80211: remove enum ieee80211_band
This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and
the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of

bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one.
