Allow the wl1271 go to ELP mode also in idle. This will reduce current
consumption remarkably in idle mode (~12mA -> ~0.2mA)

Removed wl1271_spi.h header as there's no more need to access functions

Currently the PSM entry function assumes successful operation, and enables
ELP, BET and beacon filtering right away. This is bad, because the PSM
entry may fail due to environmental issues, which will cause the ELP, BET and
beacon filtering to be illegally enabled (because FW remains in active state.)
Fix this by enabling ELP, BET and beacon filtering only after successful entry,
and by ensuring the firmware is in active mode after the failure.

Add support to enable beacon early termination in the firmware. Early
Beacon termination is a feature which allows the radio to be turned off
after TIM IE to save power.

With the change to the new firmware, there was a change to firmware memory
partitioning. Along with that change, the translation of all partitions was
unified, and separate functions for reg and mem access became unnecessary.
Cleanup the unnecessary functions.

Implement delayed entry into ELP. This will promote the following:
- Less redundant sleep/wake cycles (better perf)
- Avoids known firmware issues with going to ELP too fast after an
operation

This driver supports the wl1271 chipset from Texas Instruments based on the
WiLink(tm) 6.0 mobile platform. Support for wl1273 should be relatively easy
to add. This chipset is designed for embedded devices, with good powersaving
capabilities. The wl1271 chipset is the successor of wl1251 and supports the
802.11b/g/n standards, but currently this driver supports only b/g.
