To be used to throw out warnings only for developers.
This can be used by some corner cases that developers
already know can be hit but developers want to address
so to avoid spewing out a warning this can only be
enabled with CONFIG_ATH_DEBUG enabled.

Also improve ath_opmode_to_string usage by having it return UNKNOWN
rather than NULL in the event of failure to map the opmode value to a
representative string.

Stuck beacons are a useful indicator for debugging various PHY
issues such as calibration. Putting them on the same debug level
as the other beacon stuff makes it hard to spot them in huge amounts
of spam.

Numeric channel is hard to get, so it won't be printed. Replace Mhz
with MHz on the affected lines and add commas as needed.

ath9k uses this for now, ath9k_htc is expected to re-use this
as well. We lave ath5k as is, but it certainly can also be
converted later.
The ath9k module parameter and debugfs entry is kept.
