9cd11c0c47 ARM: soc: multiplatform enablement
This is a pretty significant branch. It's the introduction of the
 first multiplatform support on ARM, and with this (and the later
 branch) merged, it is now possible to build one kernel that contains
 support for highbank, vexpress, mvebu, socfpga, and picoxcell. More
 platforms will be convered over in the next few releases.

 Two critical last things had to be done for this to be practical and
 possible:
 * Today each platform has its own include directory under
   mach-<mach>/include/mach/*, and traditionally that is where a lot of
   driver/platform shared definitions have gone, such as platform data
   structures. They now need to move out to a common location instead,
   and this branch moves a large number of those out to
   include/linux/platform_data.
 * Each platform used to list the device trees to compile for its
   boards in mach-<mach>/Makefile.boot.

 Both of the above changes will mean that there are some merge
 conflicts to come (and some to resolve here). It's a one-time move and
 once it settles in, we should be good for quite a while. Sorry for the
 overhead.

ffe0b33506 usb: gadget: remove global variable composite in composite.c
This patch removes the global variable composite in composite.c.
The private data which was saved there is now passed via an additional
argument to the bind() function in struct usb_gadget_driver.

Only the "old-style" UDC drivers have to be touched here, new style are
doing it right because this change is made in udc-core.

7177aed44f usb: gadget: rename usb_gadget_driver::speed to max_speed
This commit renames the “speed” field of the usb_gadget_driver
structure to “max_speed”. This is so that to make it more
apparent that the field represents the maximum speed gadget
driver can support.

This also make the field look more like fields with the same
name in usb_gadget and usb_composite_driver structures. All
of those represent the *maximal* speed given entity supports.

After this commit, there are the following fields in various
structures:
* usb_gadget::speed - the current connection speed,
* usb_gadget::max_speed - maximal speed UDC supports,
* usb_gadget_driver::max_speed - maximal speed gadget driver
  supports, and
* usb_composite_driver::max_speed - maximal speed composite
  gadget supports.

state of the pullup, as a result the same code is reimplemented in each board
file.
This patch adds support for using a GPIO to control the pullup state to the udc
driver, so the boards can use a common implementation.

16f08a08d8 USB: s3c2410_udc: Add handling for S3C244X dual-packet mode
This is a patch that seems to make the USB hangs on the S3C244X go away.
At least a good amount of ping torture didn't make them come back so far.

The issue is that, if there are several back-to-back packets, sometimes no
interrupt is generated for one of them. This seems to be caused by the
mysterious dual packet mode, which the USB hardware enters automatically
if the endpoint size is half that of the FIFO. (On the 244X, this is the
normal situation for bulk data endpoints.)

There is also a timing factor in this. It seems that what happens is that
the USB hardware automatically sends an acknowledgement if there is only one
packet in the FIFO (the FIFO has space for two). If another packet arrives
before the host has retrieved and acknowledged the previous one, no interrupt
is generated for that second one.

However, there may be an indication. There is one undocumented bit (none
of the 244x manuals document it), OUT_CRS1_REG[1], that seems to be set
suspiciously often when this condition occurs. There is also
CLR_DATA_TOGGLE, OUT_CRS1_REG[7], which may have a function related to
this. (The Samsung manual is rather terse on that, as usual.)

This needs to be examined further. For now, the patch seems to do the
trick.

b0fca50f5a usb gadget: don't save bind callback in struct usb_gadget_driver
To accomplish this the function to register a gadget driver takes the bind
function as a second argument. To make things clearer rename the function
to resemble platform_driver_probe.

This fixes many section mismatches like

	WARNING: drivers/usb/gadget/g_printer.o(.data+0xc): Section mismatch in
	reference from the variable printer_driver to the function
	.init.text:printer_bind()
	The variable printer_driver references
