4b08d1b6a9 mac80211: IBSS: send deauth when expiring inactive STAs
When we expire an inactive station, try to send it a deauth. This
helps if it's actually still around, and just has issues with
beacon distribution (or we do), and it will not also remove us.
Then, if we have shared state, this may not be reset properly,
causing problems; for example, we saw a case where aggregation
sessions weren't removed properly (due to the TX start being
offloaded to firmware and it relying on deauth for stop), causing
a lot of traffic to get lost due to the SN reset after remove/add
of the peer.

624ff4b210 mac80211: clear crypto tx tailroom counter upon keys enable
In case we got a fw restart while roaming from encrypted AP to
non-encrypted one, we might end up with hitting a warning on the pending
counter crypto_tx_tailroom_pending_dec having a non-zero value.

The following comment taken from net/mac80211/key.c explains the rational
for the delayed tailroom needed:

	/*
	* The reason for the delayed tailroom needed decrementing is to
	* make roaming faster: during roaming, all keys are first deleted
	* and then new keys are installed. The first new key causes the
	* crypto_tx_tailroom_needed_cnt to go from 0 to 1, which invokes
	* the cost of synchronize_net() (which can be slow). Avoid this
	* by deferring the crypto_tx_tailroom_needed_cnt decrementing on
	* key removal for a while, so if we roam the value is larger than
	* zero and no 0->1 transition happens.
	*
	* The cost is that if the AP switching was from an AP with keys
	* to one without, we still allocate tailroom while it would no
	* longer be needed. However, in the typical (fast) roaming case
	* within an ESS this usually won't happen.

The next flow lead to the warning eventually reported as a bug:
1. Disconnect from encrypted AP
2. Set crypto_tx_tailroom_pending_dec = 1 for the key
3. Schedule work
4. Reconnect to non-encrypted AP
5. Add a new key, setting the tailroom counter = 1
6. Got FW restart while pending counter is set ---> hit the warning

While on it, the ieee80211_reset_crypto_tx_tailroom() func was merged into
its single caller ieee80211_reenable_keys (previously called
ieee80211_enable_keys). Also, we reset the crypto_tx_tailroom_pending_dec
and remove the counters warning as we just reset both.

3cfe91c4c3 cfg80211: always shut down on HW rfkill
When the RFKILL subsystem isn't available, then rfkill_blocked()
always returns false. In the case of hardware rfkill this will
be wrong though, as if the hardware reported being killed then
it cannot operate any longer.

Since we only ever call the rfkill_sync work in this case, just
rename it to rfkill_block and always pass "true" for the blocked
parameter, rather than passing rfkill_blocked().

We rely on the underlying driver to still reject any new attempt
to bring up the device by itself.

7010998c6c nl80211: add NL80211_CMD_UPDATE_FT_IES to supported commands
Add NL80211_CMD_UPDATE_FT_IES to supported commands. In mac80211 drivers,
this can be implemented via existing NL80211_CMD_AUTHENTICATE and
NL80211_ATTR_IE, but non-mac80211 drivers have a separate command for
this. A driver supports FT if it either is mac80211 or supports this
command.

48cb39522a mac80211: minstrel_ht: improve rate probing for devices with static fallback
On some devices that only support static rate fallback tables sending rate
control probing packets can be really expensive.
Probing lower rates can already hurt throughput quite a bit. What hurts even
more is the fact that on mt76x0/mt76x2, single probing packets can only be
forced by directing packets at a different internal hardware queue, which
causes some heavy reordering and extra latency.
The reordering issue is mainly problematic while pushing lots of packets to
a particular station. If there is little activity, the overhead of probing is
neglegible.

The static fallback behavior is designed to pretty much only handle rate
control algorithms that use only a very limited set of rates on which the
algorithm switches up/down based on packet error rate.

In order to better support that kind of hardware, this patch implements a
different approach to rate probing where it switches to a slightly higher rate,
waits for tx status feedback, then updates the stats and switches back to
the new max throughput rate. This only triggers above a packet rate of 100
per stats interval (~50ms).
For that kind of probing, the code has to reduce the set of probing rates
a lot more compared to single packet probing, so it uses only one packet
per MCS group which is either slightly faster, or as close as possible to
the max throughput rate.
This allows switching between similar rates with different numbers of
streams. The algorithm assumes that the hardware will work its way lower
within an MCS group in case of retransmissions, so that lower rates don't
have to be probed by the high packets per second rate probing code.

To further reduce the search space, it also does not probe rates with lower
channel bandwidth than the max throughput rate.

At the moment, these changes will only affect mt76x0/mt76x2.

f793c7eedd mac80211: minstrel_ht: reduce unnecessary rate probing attempts
On hardware with static fallback tables (e.g. mt76x2), rate probing attempts
can be very expensive.
On such devices, avoid sampling rates slower than the per-group max throughput
rate, based on the assumption that the fallback table will take care of probing
lower rates within that group if the higher rates fail.

To further reduce unnecessary probing attempts, skip duplicate attempts on
rates slower than the max throughput rate.

2a38075cd0 nl80211: Add support for EDMG channels
802.11ay specification defines Enhanced Directional Multi-Gigabit
(EDMG) STA and AP which allow channel bonding of 2 channels and more.

Introduce new NL attributes that are needed for enabling and
configuring EDMG support.

Two new attributes are used by kernel to publish driver's EDMG
capabilities to the userspace:
NL80211_BAND_ATTR_EDMG_CHANNELS - bitmap field that indicates the 2.16
GHz channel(s) that are supported by the driver.
When this attribute is not set it means driver does not support EDMG.
NL80211_BAND_ATTR_EDMG_BW_CONFIG - represent the channel bandwidth
configurations supported by the driver.

Additional two new attributes are used by the userspace for connect
command and for AP configuration:
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_EDMG_CHANNELS
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_EDMG_BW_CONFIG

New rate info flag - RATE_INFO_FLAGS_EDMG, can be reported from driver
and used for bitrate calculation that will take into account EDMG
according to the 802.11ay specification.

e548a1c36b cfg80211: add 6GHz in code handling array with NUM_NL80211_BANDS entries
In nl80211.c there is a policy for all bands in NUM_NL80211_BANDS and
in trace.h there is a callback trace for multicast rates which is per
band in NUM_NL80211_BANDS. Both need to be extended for the new
NL80211_BAND_6GHZ.

c5b9a7f826 nl80211: add 6GHz band definition to enum nl80211_band
In the 802.11ax specification a new band is introduced, which
is also proposed by FCC for unlicensed use. This band is referred
to as 6GHz spanning frequency range from 5925 to 7125 MHz.

0394a63acf net: dsa: enable and disable all ports
Call the .port_enable and .port_disable functions for all ports,
not only the user ports, so that drivers may optimize the power
consumption of all ports after a successful setup.

Unused ports are now disabled on setup. CPU and DSA ports are now
enabled on setup and disabled on teardown. User ports were already
enabled at slave creation and disabled at slave destruction.

955222ca52 net: dsa: use a single switch statement for port setup
It is currently difficult to read the different steps involved in the
setup and teardown of ports in the DSA code. Keep it simple with a
single switch statement for each port type: UNUSED, CPU, DSA, or USER.

Also no need to call devlink_port_unregister from within dsa_port_setup
as this step is inconditionally handled by dsa_port_teardown on error.

2f7576347c sctp: remove net sctp.x_enable working as a global switch
The netns sctp feature flags shouldn't work as a global switch,
which is mostly like a firewall/netfilter's job. Also, it will
break asoc as it discard or accept chunks incorrectly when net
sctp.x_enable is changed after the asoc is created.

Since each type of chunk's processing function will check the
corresp asoc's feature flag, this 'global switch' should be
removed, and net sctp.x_enable will only work as the default
feature flags for the future sctp sockets/endpoints.

SCTP_AUTH_SUPPORTED sockopt is used to set enpoint's auth
flag. With this feature, each endpoint will have its own
flag for its future asoc's auth_capable, instead of netns
auth flag.

Note that when both ep's auth_enable is enabled, endpoint
auth related data should be initialized. If asconf_enable
is also set, SCTP_CID_ASCONF/SCTP_CID_ASCONF_ACK should
be added into auth_chunk_list.

3bc158f8d0 netfilter: nf_tables: map basechain priority to hardware priority
This patch adds initial support for offloading basechains using the
priority range from 1 to 65535. This is restricting the netfilter
priority range to 16-bit integer since this is what most drivers assume
so far from tc. It should be possible to extend this range of supported
priorities later on once drivers are updated to support for 32-bit
integer priorities.

e654f9f53b tipc: clean up skb list lock handling on send path
The policy for handling the skb list locks on the send and receive paths
is simple.

- On the send path we never need to grab the lock on the 'xmitq' list
  when the destination is an exernal node.

- On the receive path we always need to grab the lock on the 'inputq'
  list, irrespective of source node.

However, when transmitting node local messages those will eventually
end up on the receive path of a local socket, meaning that the argument
'xmitq' in tipc_node_xmit() will become the 'ínputq' argument in  the
function tipc_sk_rcv(). This has been handled by always initializing
the spinlock of the 'xmitq' list at message creation, just in case it
may end up on the receive path later, and despite knowing that the lock
in most cases never will be used.

This approach is inaccurate and confusing, and has also concealed the
fact that the stated 'no lock grabbing' policy for the send path is
violated in some cases.

We now clean up this by never initializing the lock at message creation,
instead doing this at the moment we find that the message actually will
enter the receive path. At the same time we fix the four locations
where we incorrectly access the spinlock on the send/error path.

This patch also reverts commit d12cffe932 ("tipc: ensure head->lock
is initialised") which has now become redundant.

0f420b6c52 devlink: Add packet trap infrastructure
Add the basic packet trap infrastructure that allows device drivers to
register their supported packet traps and trap groups with devlink.

Each driver is expected to provide basic information about each
supported trap, such as name and ID, but also the supported metadata
types that will accompany each packet trapped via the trap. The
currently supported metadata type is just the input port, but more will
be added in the future. For example, output port and traffic class.

Trap groups allow users to set the action of all member traps. In
addition, users can retrieve per-group statistics in case per-trap
statistics are too narrow. In the future, the trap group object can be
extended with more attributes, such as policer settings which will limit
the amount of traffic generated by member traps towards the CPU.

Beside registering their packet traps with devlink, drivers are also
expected to report trapped packets to devlink along with relevant
metadata. devlink will maintain packets and bytes statistics for each
packet trap and will potentially report the trapped packet with its
metadata to user space via drop monitor netlink channel.

The interface towards the drivers is simple and allows devlink to set
the action of the trap. Currently, only two actions are supported:
'trap' and 'drop'. When set to 'trap', the device is expected to provide
the sole copy of the packet to the driver which will pass it to devlink.
When set to 'drop', the device is expected to drop the packet and not
send a copy to the driver. In the future, more actions can be added,
such as 'mirror'.
