5657933dbb treewide: Move dma_ops from struct dev_archdata into struct device 
Some but not all architectures provide set_dma_ops(). Move dma_ops
from struct dev_archdata into struct device such that it becomes
possible on all architectures to configure dma_ops per device.

c75959a6da xtensa: reimplement DMA API using common helpers 
- keep existing functionality: don't handle attributes, don't support
  high memory;
- implement scatterlist primitives (map/unmap/sync);
- enable DMA API debug.

795ca178c4 xtensa: Use Kbuild infrastructure to handle asm-generic headers 
Use Kbuild infrastructure to handle the asm-generic headers
and remove the wrapper headers that call them.

This only affects headers that do nothing but include the generic
equivalent. It does not touch any header that does a little more.

367b8112fe xtensa: move headers files to arch/xtensa/include 
Move all header files for xtensa to arch/xtensa/include and platform and
variant header files to the appropriate arch/xtensa/platforms/ and
arch/xtensa/variants/ directories.

Moving the files gets also rid of all uses of symlinks in the Makefile.

This has been completed already for the majority of the architectures
and xtensa is one out of six missing.
