When a netdev (PF netdev or representor) is opened or closed, set the
physical port config bit appropriately - which powers UP/DOWN the PHY
module for the physical interface.
The PHY is powered first in the HW/FW configuration step when opening
the netdev and again last in the HW/FW configuration step when closing
the netdev.
This is only applicable when there is a physical port associated with
the netdev and if the NSP support this. Otherwise we silently ignore
this step.
The 'nfp_eth_set_configured' can actually return positive values -
updated the function documentation appropriately.

nfp_net_map_area() is a helper for mapping areas of NFP memory
defined in nfp_net_main.c. Move it to nfpcore to allow reuse
and rename accordingly. Create an additional helper -
nfp_cpp_area_alloc_acquire() the opposite of already existing
nfp_cpp_area_release_free().

If present map mac_stats and vf_cfg BARs. These will be used by
representor netdevs to read statistics for phys port and vf representors.
Also provide defines describing the layout of the mac_stats area.
Similar defines are already present for the cf_cfg area.

The fact that RTsym table is cached inside nfp_cpp handle is
a relic of old times when nfpcore was a library module. All
the nfp_cpp "caches" are awkward to deal with because of
concurrency and prone to keeping stale information. Make
the run time symbol table be an object read out from the device
and managed by whoever requested it. Since the driver loads
FW at ->probe() and never reloads, we can hold onto the table
for ever.

There is currently no timeout to the resource and lock acquiring
loops. We printed warnings and depended on user sending a signal
to the waiting process to stop the waiting. This doesn't work
very well when wait happens out of a work queue. The simplest
example of that is PCI probe. When user loads the module and card
is in a broken state modprobe will wait forever and signals sent
to it will not actually reach the probing thread.
Make sure all wait loops have a time out. Set the upper wait time
to 60 seconds to stay on the safe side.

We want to support extendable commands, where newer versions
of the management FW may provide more information. Zero out
the communication buffer before passing control to NSP. This
way if management FW is old and only fills in first N bytes,
the remaining ones will be zeros which extended ABI fields
should reserve as not supported/not available.

We currently print reserved BAR mappings info as we create them.
This makes the probe logs longer than necessary. Print into a
buffer instead and log all the info as a single line.

nfp_cpp_{read,write}() helpers perform device memory mapping (setting
the PCIe -> NOC translation BARs) and accessing it. They, however,
currently implicitly expect that the length of entire operation will
fit in one BAR translation window. There is a number of 16MB windows
available, and we don't really need to access such large areas today.
If the user, however, manages to trick the driver into making a big
mapping (e.g. by providing a huge fake FW file), the driver will
print a warning saying "No suitable BAR found for request" and a
stack trace - which most users find concerning.
To be future-proof and not scare users with warnings, make the
nfp_cpp_{read,write}() helpers do accesses chunk by chunk if the area
size is large. Set the notion of "large" to 2MB, which is the size
of the smallest BAR window.

For accessing PCIe ctrl memory we depend on the BAR aperture being
large enough to reach all registers. Since the BAR aperture can
be set in the flash make sure the driver won't oops the kernel
when the PCIe configuration is unusual.

If ioremap of PCIe ctrl memory failed we can still get to it through
PCI config space, therefore we allow ioremap() to fail. When if fails,
however, we must leave all the IOMEM pointers as NULL. Currently we
would calculate csr and em pointers, adding offsets to the potential
NULL value and therefore making the NULL-checks throughout the code
ineffective.

Right now the required Service Process ABI version is still tied
to max ID of known commands. For new NSP commands we are adding
we are checking if NSP version is recent enough on command-by-command
basis. The driver doesn't have to force the device to have the
very latest flash, anything newer than 0.8 should do.

NSP commands may be slow to respond, we should try to avoid doing
a command-per-item when user requested to change multiple parameters
for instance with an ethtool .set_settings() command.
Introduce a way of internal NSP code to carry state in NSP structure
and add start/finish calls to perform the initialization and kick off
of the configuration request, with potentially many parameters being
modified in between.
nfp_eth_set_mod_enable() will make use of the new code internally,
other "set" functions to follow.

After port reconfiguration (port split, media type change)
firmware will continue to report old configuration until
reboot. NSP will inform us that reconfiguration is pending.
To avoid user confusion refuse to spawn netdevs until the
new configuration is applied (reboot).
We need to split the netdev to eth_table port matching from
MAC search and move it earlier in the probe() flow.

Core should detect when someone is trying to request an access
window which is too large for a given type of access. Otherwise
the requester will be put on a wait queue for ever without any
error message.

CPP mutex cache was introduced to work around the fact that the
same host could successfully acquire a lock multiple times. It
used to collapse multiple users to the same struct nfp_cpp_mutex
and track use count. Unfortunately it's racy. Since we now force
all nfp_mutex_lock() callers within the host to actually succeed
at acquiring the lock we no longer need the cache, let's remove it.

The global device lock is acquired to search the resource table.
The lock is actually itself part of the table (entry 0).
Therefore if someone asks for resource 0 we would deadlock since
double locking is no longer allowed.
Currently the driver doesn't try to lock that resource so let's
simply make sure we fail graciously and not add special handling
of this case until really need. Hide the relevant defines in
the source file.

NFP can be connected to multiple machines via PCI or other buses.
Access to hardware resources is arbitrated using locks residing
in device memory. Currently nfpcore only respects the mutexes
when it comes to inter-host locking, but if we try to acquire
the same lock again, on one host - it will simply return success
because owner of the lock is already set to that host.
This makes the locks useless for arbitration within one host
and unfair because whichever host grabbed the lock will have
a chance to reacquire it without others getting a shot.

NSP reports to us port labels. First id is the id of the physical
port, the other one tells us which logical interface is it within a
split port. Instead of printing them as string keep them in integer
format. Compute which interfaces are part of port split.
On netdev side use port labels and split information to provide a
.ndo_get_phys_port_name() implementation. We follow the name format
of mlxsw which is also suggested in "Port Netdev Naming" section
of Documentation/networking/switchdev.txt.
