15daf691e8 ARM: ux500: Enable PL022 SSP Controller in Device Tree
This SSP Controller supports a number of serial communication methods
and as such cannot be registered using of_register_spi_devices.
Instead we register it simply as a primecell device.

7e0ce270b2 ARM: ux500: db8500: list most devices in the snowball device tree
This adds all devices that are normally present through the
u8500_init_machine function in the device tree as well, which
will duplicate the devices that are visible.

This will not do much by itself because the device from the
device tree are not matched by any device driver until they
are converted as well. The next step is to move over one
device at a time to actually be used from the device tree
instead of the hardcoded device using auxdata to pass the
correct platform_data.

2d334297c6 ARM: ux500: Initial Device Tree support for Snowball
This provides very basic Device Tree support for ST-Ericsson's
low-cost development platform, Snowball. If Device Tree for
ux500 is enabled and the correct board is configured within the
Device Tree blob, the correct *_init_machine() will be called.

This patch is based on some original work completed by:

At the request of Arnd Bergmann this patch moves all SoC
platform devices found in sysfs from /sys/devices/platform to

eda413c228 ARM: ux500: export System-on-Chip information ux500 via sysfs
Here we make use of the new System-On-Chip bus driver to export
vital SoC information out to userspace via sysfs. This patch
provides a data structure of strings to populate the base
nodes found in:

/sys/devices/soc[0|1|2|...]/[family|machine|revision|soc_id].

It also adds one more node as requested by ST-Ericsson.

18403424c4 ARM: ux500: pass parent pointer to each platform device
This patch provides a means for any device within ux500
platform code to allocate its own parent. This is particularly
prudent with the introduction of /sys/devices/socX, as a
device can now proclaim to be integral part of an SoC, rather
than a more generic platform device. Latter patches make good
use of this functionality.

eb50439b92 ARM: 7293/1: logical_cpu_map: decouple CPU mapping from SMP
It turns out that the logical CPU mapping is useful even when !CONFIG_SMP
for manipulation of devices like interrupt and power controllers when
running a UP kernel on a CPU other than 0. This can happen when kexecing
a UP image from an SMP kernel.

In the future, multi-cluster systems running AMP configurations will
require something similar for mapping cluster IDs, so it makes sense to
decouple this logic in preparation for this support.

c15def1cc3 ARM: ux500: remove support for early silicon revisions
The DB8500 ED (Early Drop) and V1 are only available inside of
ST-Ericsson or partners, we have actively replaced and scrapped
these prototypes. All Nova products on the open market (such as
the Snowball board) are based on V2 and later ASIC variants.
So let us focus on supporting the silicon that will be used and
delete this to get a clear overview.

The overlapping iotable mapping entries for the ux500 Cortex
A9 SCU, CPU control and TWD are no longer accepted by the
kernel. Remove the overlaps so the machine boots again.

017beaa63b ARM: ux500: update the MOP500 GPIO assignments
This is a more complete list of the MOP500 GPIO pins, especially
for those used with the Snowball board. Sort GPIO number in
falling number order so there is some structure to this file.
Fix some whitespace issues in the process.
