This is recreated driver for the FM module found on Miro
PCM20 sound cards. This driver was removed around the 2.6.2x
kernels because it relied on the removed OSS module. Now, it
uses a current ALSA module (snd-miro) and is adapted to v4l2
layer.
It provides only basic functionality: frequency changing and
FM module muting.

The compiler warned about an uninitialized stereo variable. By simplifying
the code it 1) improved readability and 2) fixed the compiler warning.

This patch adds files to control si4713 devices.
Internal functions to control device properties
and initialization procedures are into these files.
Also, a v4l2 subdev interface is also exported.
This way other drivers can use this as v4l2 i2c subdevice.

This patch adds files which creates the radio interface
for si4713 FM transmitter (modulator) devices.
In order to do the real access to device registers, this
driver uses the v4l2 subdev interface exported by si4713 i2c driver.

The structure and comments of the I2C part have been adopted to fit to the
USB part.
Some additional cleanups and precisements have been made to the version
detection and checking functionality to clearly separate HW/SW/FW version.

This patch supports i2c interface of si470x. The i2c specific part
exists in radio-si470x-i2c.c file and the common part uses
radio-si470x-common.c file. The '#if defined' is inserted inevitably
because of parts used only si470x usb in the common file.
The current driver version doesn't support the RDS.

header file.
The part unrelated with usb interface and i2c interface exists in
radio-si470x-common.c file, and The usb specific part exists in

* Make smp_lock.h include conditional in hardirq.h
It's needed only for one kernel_locked() usage which is under CONFIG_PREEMPT
This will make hardirq.h inclusion cheaper for every PREEMPT=n config
(which includes allmodconfig/allyesconfig, BTW)

This patch adds functions to access the scratchpad.
For it is this good for? In the first two bytes, the developers
stored the HW/PCB version and the software release of the firmware.
This is now written to syslog, so debugging get's easier.
Also knowing the versions is the key for flash upgrades later on.
There are also some cleanups of the flash report sizes.
Altogether this should justify the new version number 1.0.9.

Add support for radio driver TEA5764 from NXP.
This chip is connected in pxa I2C bus in EZX phones
from Motorola, the chip is used in phone model A1200.

Introduce a struct v4l2_file_operations for v4l2 drivers.
Remove the unnecessary inode argument.
Move compat32 handling (and llseek) into the v4l2-dev core: this is now
handled in the v4l2 core and no longer in the drivers themselves.
Note that this changeset reverts an earlier patch that changed the return
type of__video_ioctl2 from int to long. This change will be reinstated
later in a much improved version.

Because this device doesn't provide any powermanagment capabilities(may
be they exist but unknown to me yet, so they are not implemented), we

This patch adds support for suspend and resume methods in driver.
Without this kradio and gnomeradio crashes during resume.
Also .supports_autosuspend in usb_driver struct set equal to 0 to avoid
suspending of module if usb_autosuspend enabled.

places.
Printk changed on pr_info and pr_err macro. Also new macro
amradio_dev_warn defined. Name in usb driver struct changed on
