2a2bf85f05 ARM: soc: device tree updates
Device tree conversion and enablement branch. Mostly a bunch of new
bindings and setup for various platforms, but the Via/Winchip VT8500
platform is also converted over from being 100% legacy to now use
device tree for probing. More of that will come for 3.8.

Pull ARM soc device tree updates from Olof Johansson:

Trivial conflicts due to removal of vt8500 files, and one documentation
file that was added with slightly different contents both here and in
the USb tree.

95e9fd10f0 arm: vt8500: doc: Add device tree bindings for arch-vt8500 devices
Bindings for gpio, interrupt controller, power management controller,
timer, realtime clock, serial uart, ehci and uhci controllers and
framebuffer controllers used on the arch-vt8500 platform.

Framebuffer binding also specifies a 'display' node which is required
for determining the lcd panel data.

d142d6be23 USB: chipidea: add imx usbmisc support
i.MX usb controllers share non-core registers, which may include
SoC specific controls. We turn it into a usbmisc device and usbmisc
driver set operations needed by ci13xxx_imx driver.

For example, Sabrelite board has bad over-current design, we can
usbmisc to disable over-current detection.

1cd572fc0c usb: musb: patches for v3.7 merge window
Here we have a bunch of miscellaneous cleanups and fixes
to the musb driver. It fixes a bunch of mistakes errors
which nobody has triggered before, so I'm not Ccing stable
 tree.

We are finally improving OMAP's VBUS/ID Mailbox usage so
that we can introduce our PHY drivers properly. Also, we're
adding support for multiple instances of the MUSB IP in
the same SoC, as seen on some platforms from TI which
 have 2 MUSB instances.

Other than that, we have some small fixes like not kicking
DMA for a zero byte transfer, or properly handling NAK timeout
on MUSB's host side, and the enabling of DMA Mode1 for any
transfers which are aligned to wMaxPacketSize.

All patches have been pending on mailing list for a long time
and I don't expect any big surprises with this pull request.

dcb9cf39c5 usb: xceiv: patches for v3.7 merge window
nop xceiv got its own header to avoid polluting otg.h. It has also
learned to work as USB2 and USB3 phys so we can use it on USB3
 controllers.

Together with those two changes to nop xceiv, we're adding basic
PHY support to dwc3 driver, this is to allow platforms which actually
have a SW-controllable PHY talk to them through dwc3 driver.

We're adding a new phy driver for the OMAP architecture. This driver
is for the PHY found in OMAP4 SoCs, and a new phy driver for the
marvell architecture. An extra phy driver - for Tegra SoCs - is now
 moving from arch/arm/mach-tegra* to drivers/usb/phy.

Also here, there's the creation of <linux/usb/phy.h> which should be
used from now on for PHY drivers, even those which don't support
 OTG.

8b7c3b6810 USB: Add driver for NXP ISP1301 USB transceiver

ISP1301 is a very low-level driver that primarily separates out the I2C client
registration of the ISP1301 chip (including instantiation via DT), used by
other drivers, and declares the chip's registers. It's only a helper driver for
some OHCI and USB device drivers. The driver can be considered as a register
set extension of ohci-nxp, lpc32xx-udc and isp1301_omap, which in turn know
best what to do with the low level functionality (individual ISP1301 registers
and timing, see the different initialization strategies in those drivers).
Those drivers previously internally duplicated ISP1301 register definitions
which is solved by this new isp1301 driver. The ISP1301 registers exposed via
isp1301.h can be accessed by other drivers using it with standard i2c_smbus_*()
accesses.

Following patches let the respective USB host and gadget drivers use this
driver, instead of duplicating ISP1301 handling.

aa607ebf93 ARM: tegra: add USB ULPI PHY reset GPIO to device tree
ULPI PHYs have a reset signal, and different boards use a different GPIO
for this task. Add a property to device tree to represent this.

I'm not sure if adding this property to the EHCI controller node is
entirely correct; perhaps eventually we should have explicit separate
nodes for the various PHYs. However, we don't have that right now, so this
binding seems like a reasonable choice.

d5dfcc91b1 arm: tegra: dts: Support host/device selection and legacy mode
Some USB ports can support host and device operation. We add the dr_mode
property (as found in Freescale) for this.

One USB port has a 'legacy mode', left over from the days of pre-Tegra
chips. I don't believe this is actually used, except that we must know
to turn this off in the driver.
