d4eaf73b62 ARM: add DT bindings for the ARM11MPCore CPU cluster 
The ARM11MPCore has a Snoop Control Unit, but references to it
were missing from the DT specification. Define a compatible
string for this unit.

07db781dca ARM: scu: document Snoop Control Unit DT bindings 
This adds device tree bindings for the ARM Cortex-A5 and
