There are four clocks that vop module would need to operate:
DCLK_VOP, HCLK_VOP, SCLK_VOP, ACLK_VOP,

This patch adds 'SCLK_TSADC' and 'PCLK_TSADC' id found on rk3228 SoCs.
That will be needed by TSADC controller.

Add the dt-bindings header for the rk3228, that gets shared between
the clock controller and the clock references in the dts.
