ec776ef6bb x86/mm: Add support for the non-standard protected e820 type
Various recent BIOSes support NVDIMMs or ADR using a
non-standard e820 memory type, and Intel supplied reference
Linux code using this type to various vendors.

Wire this e820 table type up to export platform devices for the
pmem driver so that we can use it in Linux.

Based on earlier work from:

   Dave Jiang <dave.jiang@intel.com>
   Dan Williams <dan.j.williams@intel.com>

Includes fixes for NUMA regions from Boaz Harrosh.

448466b723 x86: Remove obsolete comment in uapi/e820.h
A comment introduced by this old commit:

028b785888 ("x86 boot: extend some internal memory map arrays to handle larger EFI input")

had to do with some nested preprocessor directives. The
directives were split into separate files by this commit:

  af170c5061 ("UAPI: (Scripted) Disintegrate arch/x86/include/asm")

The comment explaining their interaction was retained and is now
present in arch/x86/include/uapi/asm/e820.h. This comment is no
longer correct, so delete it.
