Two fixes for the SMP related functionality:
- Make the UP version of smp_call_function_single() match SMP semantics when called for a not available CPU. Instead of emitting a warning and assuming that the function call target is CPU0, return a proper error code like the SMP version does. - Remove a superfluous check in smp_call_function_many_cond() -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQJHBAABCgAxFiEEQp8+kY+LLUocC4bMphj1TA10mKEFAl5ADFYTHHRnbHhAbGlu dXRyb25peC5kZQAKCRCmGPVMDXSYoZdoD/9I+zp3QWj0/xxpNEOZj5yKhaxDLMqK OjgIvKGOfd5kWk+y57iuvPZKiacnHPlixni9H0KlAz6FW8V40jQz5iOCpnw6OTSO mqET7dn7ei7+9fpKmivfAybf8Jz9dy4ouZUwxEo0L+AizI6JE1eR6tpCbt09I9Dk uOCIcolTFX32JF4p7IHSlk1ViU8jC/L1zO7In7aqizpwQt9uVxLRUZeIb3nSftBY iJs8Kubfb+Fuc7+k5CXYmXLC6toqhWvsN1546ngC+sYz4nbgGUcnYc+U9slstGkr fHiP2uuTyYdIwKYrF7KYRv0NdjrEt4w+ZpK49AHoc0ZNs8MnVhcGq4riWWjmfuGk ZTbmEIQu9cxEaecQcIsIVpi7xpap0LfFTTze0YUshYlHtONQ4xAsFo2vjbBTMDqU P31aVv95bgHDaDv12pQu3DV/ztW4Xi5/6KynDkeCBo9VdaUwGbpV9Ro0SCWSt5qH OymyN1x+JIozd2LGNA8Vat7FxpktgqTCe2TMLLwqL4fX4GtTHbwC9zFyfvcey2Kn KKgP1c0rcHYmdyYvFd6mumjhzusBGCUVL/h9SSKboNQWZ0/fL1KyFZseM5Sqwexy 76qVA2zY0ZJ0QN77vZqZgWWf2UUlxF7++Vi0cfuCtt2+V4SiYN7RzeO8SpAKSD0M 4ycr8w8uXQk45Q== =XfHp -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- Merge tag 'smp-urgent-2020-02-09' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip Pull SMP fixes from Thomas Gleixner: "Two fixes for the SMP related functionality: - Make the UP version of smp_call_function_single() match SMP semantics when called for a not available CPU.
