drm/amd/display: Revert "Disconnect non-DP with no EDID"

[Why]
Found a use case (IPKVM) that DP-VGA active dongle does
not return any EDID and the mentioned commit broke it.

[How]
This reverts "Disconnect non-DP with no EDID"
