nfc: NFC_WILINK depends on NFC_NCI
nwcwilink.c uses nci_*() interfaces, so it should depend on NFC_NCI. Fixes these build errors: ERROR: "nci_register_device" [drivers/nfc/nfcwilink.ko] undefined!
