usb: renesas_usbhs: fixup usbhsg_for_each_uep 1st pos

1st pos of __usbhsg_for_each_uep() was wrong.
Expected uep were ep1, ep2, ep3...
but each uep were ep0, ep2, ep3 ...
This patch modify it.
