include/linux/compat.h: remove unneeded declaration from COMPAT_SYSCALL_DEFINEx()
compat_sys##name is declared twice, just one line below. With this removal SYSCALL_DEFINEx() (defined in <linux/syscalls.h>) and COMPAT_SYSCALL_DEFINEx() look symmetrical.
