libperf: Move 'id' from 'struct evsel' to 'struct perf_evsel'
Move the 'id' array from 'struct evsel' to libperf's 'struct perf_evsel'. Committer note: Fix the tools/perf/util/cs-etm.c build, i.e. aarch64's CoreSight.
