staging: rtl8723bs: Remove rtw_btcoex_IsBtDisabled()
Remove function rtw_btcoex_IsBtDisabled as it does nothing except call hal_btcoex_IsBtDisabled. Modify call sites accordingly. Issue found wth Coccinelle.
