lkdtm/bugs: Add ARRAY_BOUNDS to selftests
Add CONFIG hints about why the ARRAY_BOUNDS test might fail, and similarly include the CONFIGs needed to pass the ARRAY_BOUNDS test via the selftests, and add to selftests.
