V4L/DVB (4863): Adding support for Pinnacle PCTV 400e DVB-S
Adding support for Pinnacle PCTV 400e DVB-S. The module name is called ttusb2, because it this device (and other Pinnacle devices) is using the USB-protocol originally used by Technotrend device.
