ARM: shmobile: gose: Configure PFC in DT

Browse Source 
Configure PFC for the already enabled scif and ethernet devices
in the device tree for the gose board.

Based on similar work for the koelsch board by Laurent Pinchart and
Sergei Shtylyov.
