mm: add SECTION_ALIGN_UP() and SECTION_ALIGN_DOWN() macro
Add SECTION_ALIGN_UP() and SECTION_ALIGN_DOWN() macro which aligns given pfn to upper section and lower section boundary accordingly. Required for the latest memory hotplug support for the Xen balloon driver.
