Char/Misc driver fixes for 5.12-rc6

Here are a few small driver char/misc changes for 5.12-rc6.

Nothing major here, a few fixes for reported issues:
 	- interconnect fixes for problems found
 	- fbcon syzbot-found fix
 	- extcon fixes
 	- firmware stratix10 bugfix
 	- MAINTAINERS file update.

All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported
 issues.
