staging: r8188eu: remove ODM_GetBBReg()
ODM_GetBBReg() is just a wrapper around rtl8188e_PHY_QueryBBReg(). Remove ODM_GetBBReg() and call rtl8188e_PHY_QueryBBReg() directly.
