x86/fpu: Rename 'xstate_features' to 'xfeatures_nr'

The name 'xstate_features' does not tell us whether it's a bitmap
or any other value. That it's a count of features is only obvious
if you read the code that calculates it.

Rename it to the more descriptive 'xfeatures_nr' name.
