Staging: w35und: remove some dead code
This patch removes the WBLinux_ReceivePacket(), WBLINUX_GetNextPacket(), WBLINUX_GetNextPacketCompleted, and sme_get_rssi() functions, which execute BUG() unconditionally, and related dead code.
