scsi: qla4xxx: Format SYSFS_FLAG_FW_SEL_BOOT as byte

Browse Source 
qedi formats SYSFS_FLAG_FW_SEL_BOOT as a byte and the qla4xxx driver does
exactly the same thing. Align them for consistency.
