staging: unisys: refactor bus_create()

First, fix all CamelCase names:

busNo => bus_no
pBusInfo => bus_info
Away => cleanup

Fix the kzalloc() call so it uses the variable name rather than the
type, and update all of the references to the renamed variables and
labels.
