staging: unisys: visorbus: renamed structures in vbuschannel.h to match driver namespace

Renamed structures
* ultra_vbus_deviceinfo to visor_vbus_deviceinfo
* spar_vbus_headerinfo to visor_vbus_headerinfo
* spar_vbus_channel_protocol to visor_vbus_channel
