ASoC: soc.h: remove for_each_rtd_dais_rollback()
commit 140a4532cd
("ASoC: soc-pcm: add soc_pcm_clean() and call it
from soc_pcm_open/close()") uses soc_pcm_clean() and then
for_each_rtd_dais_rollback() is no longer used.
This patch removes it.
