usb: gadget: at91_udc: Convert to GPIO descriptors
Replace the legacy GPIO APIs with gpio descriptor consumer interface. Remove all gpio inversion(active low) flags as it is already handled by the gpiod_set_value() and gpiod_get_value() functions.
