drm/i915: Remove direct usages of intel_crtc->config from DDI code
Remove direct usages of intel_crtc->config from the DDI code. Functions that didn't yet take a pipe_config as an argument were coverted to do so. v2: s/pipe_config/const crtc_state/ (Ville) - take crtc from crtc_state.
