[ARM] 4572/1: ep93xx: add cirrus logic edb9307 support

This patch adds support for the Cirrus Logic EDB9307, an evaluation
board based on the Cirrus Logic EP9307 SoC, which features amongst
other things 64M RAM, 32M NOR flash, 3 USB host ports, audio in/out,
two serial ports and a 10/100 ethernet interface.
